As a result of our careful nurturing, we have a unique and distinctive wine of mellow Chardonnay character. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, the juice is cool fermented and the wine aged in French Nevers Oak. The subtle complexity of our fruit and oak give this wine exceptional depth of flavor and a sustained elegant finish. Serve well chilled as a perfect before-dinner beverage and as an ideal complement to fish, shellfish, fowl and light meats.
