Warm Spinach Balsamic Vinegar Salad

Cut 5 slices Canadian bacon in strips and thinly slice 1 onion, Saute’ in 2 Tbsp olive oil until onion states to wilt. Add 3 Tbsp Arbor Hill’s Balsamic Vinegar and ½ tsp. each salt and pepper; stir until boiling. Pour over 10 oz. washed bagged spinach. Toss to mix. Makes 4 servings.
