Mussels Ala’ Rhine Street White

• ½ Stick Butter
• 5 Cloves Garlic
• ½ to 1 cup Arbor Hill Rhine Street White Wine
• 2 lbs. Mussels (44-45)

Melt butter, chop garlic cloves and sauté. Place butter & sautéed garlic in a sauce pan. Add wine and Bring to a near boil. Add Mussels, cook until mussels open + or- 6 minutes.
Serve mussels on a half shell with cooking liquid.
