Roquefort/Blue Cheese Dressing
Mash 1/4 cup Blue Cheese with 1/8 teaspoon Worchester
sauce, blend in 1/2 cup “Balsamic Vinaigrette”.
Herb Dressing
Add 2 teaspoons minced parsley, 1/8 teaspoon thyme and 1/2 teaspoon oregano to 1/2 cup
“Balsamic Vinaigrette”.
Garlic Dressing
Mix 1 clove garlic, pressed or crushed to a fine paste, and some freshly ground pepper with 1/2 cup
“Balsamic Vinaigrette”.
