Healthy Purple Grape Cheesecake
Soften cream cheese, blend with 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater just until well mixed, about 1 minute. (Do Not Over Beat. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Chill at least one hour. Yields 8 servings. Just before serving remove from pan and spread 1 cup
