Grilled Barley – Beef Burgers
- 3/4 cup cooked barley
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 12 ounces lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons
Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Combine barley and onion in food processor. Whirl until finely chopped. Add beef,
Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce, salt and pepper. Whirl using on-off pulses until evenly combined. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil 5 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Serve on buns.
