Basic Arbor Hill Riesling Wine Sauce
(Makes 2 1/2 Cups)

• 1 cup Arbor Hill Riesling Wine
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 2 Tablespoons Salt
• 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
• 1 1/4 cups Olive Oil
• 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Teaspoon crushed or powdered herb seasoning

Crush 2 cloves garlic in 2 tablespoons salt. Add 1 cup Arbor Hill Riesling Wine, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 1/4 cups olive oil, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon crushed or powdered herb seasoning (thyme for fish, or oregano for red meats, pork or game). Use as marinade and also for basting.
