Arbor Hill Herbed Fish Riesling (6 Servings)
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 cup
Arbor Hill Riesling Wine
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic Chopped
- Generous pinch of Rosemary
- Chopped Parsley
- Chopped Chives or Green Onions
- 6 servings Halibut, Salmon, Bass, Trout, Etc.
In a saucepan, melt butter; add
Arbor Hill Riesling Wine and lemon juice; bring to boiling. Add garlic, rosemary, parsley, and chives. Use to baste fish frequently while frying, baking, broiling or barbecuing. (If desired, marinate fish in the wine 1/2 hour; drain off; combine as above.)
