Arbor Hill Burgundy Chicken Recipe
- 2 Chicken Breast Filets-skinned & boned
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (scallions)
- 3 Tbsp.
Arbor Hill Burgundy Wine Jelly
- 2 Tbsp. Arbor Hill Burgundy Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
In heavy skillet melt butter and add chicken breasts. Cook 5 min., turn and cook 5 min. more. Then add onions and cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Add
Arbor Hill Burgundy Wine Jelly and Arbor Hill Burgundy Wine Vinegar to pan, scrape pan. Boil one minute, stir in heavy cream; then stir and simmer until liquid is reduced and sauce is slightly thickened. Place chicken on a warm plate and cover with sauce. Serve with seasoned or plain rice, if desired.
